I found a little secret for losing weight. Seriously, this little secret ingredient incorporated into my diet has done wonders for my weight.

You see, I always had trouble following strict diets. I'm a very busy person and really don't have the time to eat 100% correctly. I'm a sure believer in the fact that one has to eat correctly in order to lose weight effectively, but the fact of the matter is I just couldn't stick to the program. My guess is you can't either.

Luckily a friend of mine told me about this secret thing she has been using. She doesn't exercise heavily at all. She mentioned she goes to the gym like once a week, sometimes twice. Other times she never goes because just like me, she is also very busy.

Do you know what this ingredient is?

Ok the wait is over.

It's Green Tea.

Yup, you probably heard about this, but I'm pretty sure you haven't experienced it's power. Now I HATE the taste of the stuff. Listen, green tea does not taste very well, but it's active ingredients are beyond powerful. I'm going to get to how to battle the taste in just a second.

Green tea has an ingredien
t called "epigallocatechin gallate". It's an incredibly powerful anti-oxidant that can transform the human body.

EGCG inhibits the growth of new cancer cells and kills existing cancer cells without harming your normal functioning cells.

You don't even want to get me started on all the benefits of green tea. It's an extensive list that will exhaust you just by looking at it.

But I can tell you this, WEIGHT LOSS is definitely one of them. Green tea suppresses the appetite, but best off all, it NATURALLY increases the metabolism. You can simply drink green tea and lose weight!

As I said previously, the taste of green tea is somewhat bitter. It's prepared pretty much the same as normal tea, the only difference being in the steep time. It has to be steeped far longer than normal white or black tea. The reason being is that the tea fights to keep it's nutrition. So you need to steep it far longer. However...I don't make real green tea.

So how on earth do you battle the taste?

I don't. As a matter of fact...I don't drink the real tea leaf. I think it's too time consuming to make the tea and the taste is just too bitter to handle. You can add some honey, but honey combined with bitter tea has a very weird taste.
